• finally independent of com.lafros.jmacs!
• ISpi added: impl'n to be used in place of com.lafros.jmacs.d.DiClient; default impl'n now com.lafros.jmacs.d.Spi; override via org.jmacs.spiclassname property
• Device bug-fix: timer now updated so that ref-boundary is midway between that for status sampling (as was intended)
• pdf.DiDriver: now impl'ts ISamplingDependent; updating of program timer config'n now fully supported
